Personal Capital Gains $25M
Redwood City-based Personal Capital, a new financial advisory website headed by former Intuit CEo Bill Harris, said Friday that it has raised $25M. The funding included both a Series A funding round led by Institutional Venture Partners, and a Series B led by Venrock. The firm had been in stealth mode. The firm said it is looking to create the "next-generation financial advisor".
