Campbell-based
BlueStacks, which develops software which allows Android applications to run on a PC, has raised $10.64M in funding, according to a regulatory filing by the firm today. Details on the funding have not been announced. BlueStacks, which is headed by Rosen Sharma, announced some funding earlier in the year from Ignition Partners, Radar Partners, Helion Venture Partners, Redpoint Ventures and Andreessen Horowitz; it looks as if the funding round is additional capital on top of that earlier, announced $7.6M funding. Rosen Sharma was most recently SVP & CTO at McAfee Inc.
