San Jose-based
Nutanix, a developer of computing and storage hardware for virtual datacenters, has raised $25M in a Series B funding round. The round was led by Khosla Ventures, and also included Lightspeed Venture Partners and Blumberg Capital. Nutanix said that Sirish Sathaye of Khosla Ventures, and Mark Leslie, the former Chairman and CEO of Veritas Software, will join the company's board with the funding. Nutanix said the funding will go towards growing its market presence.
