Nutanix Buys Netsil
San Jose-based Nutanix said early Monday morning that it is acquiring San Francisco-based Netsil, a developer of application discovery and management software. Financial details of the acquisition deal were not announced. Nutanix said it will use Netsil's technology to bolster its Nutanix Enterprise Cloud OS software. Netsil was venture backed by Plug and Play, Moment Ventures and Engineering Capital.
