HP Buys Web-to-Print Firm Hiflex
Palo Alto-based HP announced this morning that it has acquired Hiflex Software GmbH, a developer of web-to-print and printing management information system products. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Hiflex is based in Aachen, Germany. HP said it will use technologies for Hiflex across its imaging and printing offerings.
