HP Buys Printelligent
Palo Alto-based HP said Tuesday that it is in a definitive agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Printelligent. Printelligent is a provider of managed print services. financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Printelligent was based in Salt Lake City, and will become part of HP's LaserJet and Enterprise Solutions unit within the Imaging and Printing Group.
