Cisco Buys ClearAccess
San Jose-based Cisco said this morning that it has acquired ClearAccess, a provider of software used for the provisioning and management of residential and mobile devices. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Cisco said the buy includes both ClearAccess' software business and talent. ClearAccess was venture backed by Blade Ventures, Buerk Dale Victor and DFJ Frontier.
