, a developer of graphics processors for the smartphone market, said Wednesday that it has completed a $1M, Series A funding round. Details on the funding were not released. It's unclear if the $1.0M is part of a round announced in October by the company. Source of the new funding was not disclosed. The firm said it is now focused on a $10M, Series B funding round--also mentioned in October. GEO Semiconductor develops ICs which correct optical and alignment issues on smartphones, surveillance cameras, automotive cameras, and other products. The firm said it is taping oiu tits chips in Q3 of 2012.
