Ditto.me Acquired By Groupon
San Francisco-based Ditto.me, an online service which helps users discover new restaurants, movies, and other things from their mobile phone, has been acquired by Groupon. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Ditto.me said it will be winding down the service as part of the acquisition, and will be removing its app from both the Apple and Nokia mobile stores.
