Shutterfly Picks Up Kodak Gallery For $23.8M

said today that it has been selected by
Eastman Kodak Company
as the only bidder for the assets of its
Kodak Gallery
online photo services business. Shutterfly had offered up $23.8M to acquire the assets of the Kodak service. The two companies said that, following final approval by the bankruptcy court, the two will close the acquisition and transfer Kodak Gallery's U.S. and Canadian customers to Shutterfly. Kodak Gallery offers up online printing of photos, photo books, and photo cards.
