PneumRx Buys Assets From Broncus Technologies
Mountain View-based PneumRx, a developer of medical devices for minimally invasive treatment of lung disease, said it has acquired the patents and domain names from Broncus Technologies. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. PneumRx said the deal will expand its intellectual property portfolio. Among the assets acquired in the deal was the domain name emphysema.com.
