Ace Metrix Finds Funding For TV Analytics
Mountain View-based Ace Metrics, a developer of televisoin and video analytics tools, announced this morning that it has raised $8M in a financing round. The round came from WPP, Hummer Winblad Venture Partners, Leapfrog Ventures, and Palomar Ventures. According to the firm, the new funding will go to accelerate its growth. Ace Metrix provides technology to help provide companies with real-time advertising analytics, as well as scoring of online and television video ads. The firm's data is used by marketers to pre-test, target, and measure their advertising versus their competitors.
