Xilinx Buys Modesat For Wireless Backhaul
San Jose-based Xilinx said today that it has acquired substantially all of the assets of Modesat Communications, a developer of wireless backhaul products. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Modesat was based in Estonia, and also had an office in San Diego.
