Oracle Picks Up SelectMinds
Redwood Shores-based Oracle said Monday that it has acquired SelectMinds, a developer of cloud-based social recruiting software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. SelectMinds was based in New York, and was headed and founded by Anne Berkowitch. SelectMinds' software helps recruiters and hiring managers tap into social connections to find employees and source referrals, and were already integrated with Oracle's suite of recruiting, performance management, and human capital management products.
