Trimble Buys Logicway
Sunnyvale-based Trimble announced this morning that it has acquired Logicwave, a Netherlands-based developer of software for automating payroll and expense for the transportation and logistics industry. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Logicway's software is used to pre-calculate salary, expenses, and hours for logistics and transportation companies in Europe and beyond.
