Cypress Bumps Offer For Ramtron
San Jose-based Cypress Semiconductor said Tuesday that it has increased its offer for memory maker Ramtron, to $3.10 per share, and has extended its tender offer to October 9, 2012. The deal values Ramtron at around $109.8M, and comes after an extensive set of offers between the two companies. Cypress first made an offer of $2.48 per share in June for Ramtron.
