Autodesk Buys HSMWorks
San Francisco-based Autodesk said Monday that it has acquired certain assets of HSMWorks, a developer of computer aided manufacturing (CAM) software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. HSMWorks, which was based in Copenhagen, develops software used to control machine tools. Autodesk said the buy helps to add to its portfolio of software for manufacturing.
