Funambol Lands $5.75M For Mobile Cloud
Foster City-based Funambol, a provider of cloud synchronization and sharing applications for mobile phones, devices, and computers, said today that it has raised $5.75M in a new funding round. the round came from HIG Growth Capital, Nexit Ventures, and Castile Ventures. The company also said it has received a working capital line as part of the funding; size of that line was not announced. Funambol apps help people share pictures, videos, and documents across their various mobile devices.
