Codenvy, which develops a cloud-based service to help users code, build, and test their cloud applications, said Tuesday that it has raised $9M in a venture capital funding. The funding was led by Toba Capital and also included Auriga Partners and angels. The firm says it now has 40 employees, and 50,000 registered developers.
