Epicor Completes Solarsoft Buy
Dublin, California-based Epicor said today that it has completed its acquisition of Solarsoft Business Systems, in a deal worth $155M. Solarsoft is a developer of software for monitoring business operations, aimed at such industries as lumber and building materials, automotive, and print and packaging. The deal had been announced on September 13th. Epicor was advised by Jeffries & Company in the deal.
