Gridstore Gets $12.5M
Mountain View-based Gridstore said this morning that it has raised $12.5M in a Series A funding round, for its storage technology. The funding was led by GGV Capital and ONSET Ventures, and also included its existing investors. Gridstore said the funding brings its total raised to $15.0M. Gridstore is developing software for scaling out and managing storage clusters. As part of the funding, Glenn Solomon of GGV Capital joins the company's board. Gridstore is led by Kelly Murphy, who previously founded supply chain software firm Marrakech.
