Gridstore, a developer of an appliance specifically aimed at running virtual machines, SQL Server, private cloud, and other workloads, has raised $19M in a funding round. The funding was led by Atlantic Bridge Capital, and also included Acero Capital, GGV Captial, and ONSET Ventures. Nariman Teymourian, former SVP and GM of Converged Systems Division HPE and Kevin Dillon of Atlantic Bridge Capital both join the board with the funding round.
