Report: Worldmate Acquired By Carlson Wagonlit Travel
Mobile trip and travel planning app developer Worldmate, which is based in San Francisco, has been acquired by travel firm Carlson Wagonlit Travel, according to reports this morning. Details of the acquisition were not announced, however, TechCrunch pluts the deal at $20M. WorldMate was venture backed by Motorola Ventures and BlackBerry Venture Fund.
