Mobiplex Adds $1.3M
Santa Clara-based Mobiplex, a developer of wireless sensors being used for sports and golf swing analysis, said Tuesday that it has raised $1.3M more in additional funding. The firm said the new funding came from both current and new private investors, but the company did not disclose names of those investors. The company said it has now raised $4.4M for its efforts. The new funds go towards sales growth and product development. Mobiplex develops SwingTIP, a Bluetooth-enabled wireless tracking device to help golf players with their swing.
