Solta Medical Completes Sound Surgical Technologies Buy
Hayward-based Solta Medical, the developer of medical aesthetics products, said this week that it has completed its acquisition of Sound Surgical Technologies. The deal was worth $25.5M in Solta common stock, $5.0M in cash, plus up to $9.5M in contingent payments, dependent on revenues. Sound Surgical Technologies was based in Louisville, Colorado. The acquisition had been originally announced on January 30th.
