JH Partners Sells Portfolio Firm To Target
San Francisco-based private equity firm JH Partners said Thursday that it has sold one of its portfolio companies, CHEFS Catalog, to Target Corp.. Financial terms of the sale were not disclosed. JH Partners had acquired Colorado Springs-based CHEFS Catalog from The Neiman Marcus Group back in 2004. CHEFS Catalog operated a catalog and Internet business selling cookware, bakeware, kitchen tools, cooking utensils, and cutlery to home chefs.
