Postmates Snags $5M For Urban Delivery Service
Postmates, which develops a smartphone driven, urban delivery service which lets consumers order lunch, groceries, or office supplies in San Francisco and Seattle, has raised $5M in a funding round, the firm revealed this week. The funding came from the Founders Fund. The firm's founders are Sam Street, Sean Plaice and Bastian Lehmann.
