Shutterfly Buys MyPublisher
Redwood City-based photo site Shutterfly has acquired MyPublisher, the photo book software and services firm, the company announced this morning. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. According to Shutterfly, the move will combine MyPublisher's photo book technology and manufacturing capabilities with its own capabilities. MyPublisher was founded by Carl Navarre.
