Palo Alto-based
WebAction, which develops big data software aimed at real-time, data driven applications, has raised $11M in a Series B funding round. The funding was led by Summit Partners. The company said the funding will go towards research and development, sales, marketing, and business development. WebAction is headed by Ali Kutay, formerly the founder of GoldenGate Software,
which he sold to Oracle in 2009.
