Soma, which is developing stylish, subscription-based water filters, has raised $3.7M in a seed funding round. The funding came from Baseline Ventures, Forerunner Ventures, Lerer Ventures, Collaborative Fund, Cowboy Ventures, Vast Ventures, Mindful Investors, Rohan Oza, and Sukhinder Singh Cassidy. Soma develops a water filter and water pitcher which will be resupplied through a subscription filter service. The company originally was funded through Kickstarter.
