Yelp Buys SeatMe
San Francisco-based Yelp has acquired restaurant reservation startup SeatMe, in a deal worth around $12.7M. Seatme develops software which helps restaurant owners accept online table reservations via Facebook or their own website, connecting those with an iPad application at the restaurant.
