Kapow Technologies has been acquired by
Kofax, in a $47.5M deal. According to Kofax, it is acquiring Kapow Technologies to help grow its sales organization and accelerate software revenue growth. Kapow had 72 employees, and 2013 revenues of $14.9M. Kapow had been venture backed by Kennet Venture Partners, Morgan Stanley, NorthCap Partners, and Steamboat Ventures.
