Locu Acquired By GoDaddy
San Francisco-based Locu has been acquired by GoDaddy, the company announced today, and will work on helping local businesses connect with customers. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Locu announced the deal on Monday afternoon. Locu was venture backed by Catalyst Partners, Lowercase Capital, Lightbank, and SV Angel, along with angels Naval Ravikant, Babak Nivi, Quotidian Ventures, and Matt Ocko. The firm has raised $4M in a funding last year.
