Ronin Acquired By GoDaddy
Mountain View-based online invoicing software developer Ronin has been acquired by GoDaddy, GoDaddy announced Wednesday, and has been integrated into GoDaddy's online bookkeeping tools. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. Ronin's founder, Lu Wang, has become a Senior Software Engineer at GoDaddy. The deal had actually closed back in April, but was not announced until today.
