SugarCRM Gets $40M
Cupertino-based SugarCRM, the developer of customer relationship management software, has raised $40M in a funding round, the company said this morning. The funding came from Goldman Sachs & Co. According to SugarCRM, Goldman VP Antoine Munfa has joined the company's board as part of the funding. SugarCRM was advised by Piper Jaffray & Co. in the deal. SugarCRM said the funding will go to expand its global reach and growth.
