SugarCRM Buys Contastic
Cupertino-based SugarCRM said this morning that it has acquired the assets of Contastic, a developer of natural language processing software. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. SugarCRM said that Contastic's CEO, Cy Khormaee, has joined the company as the director of product management for predictive analytics. Contastic was backed by IDG Ventures, Lightspeed Venture Partners, Procyon Ventures, Social Starts and ZPark Ventures.
