Cupertino-based customer relationship management developer SugarCRM said today that it has acquired San Francisco's Stitch, and will shut down the service. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed.SugarCRM said it has acquired the intellectual property rights and other assets of Stitch, and hire the company's staff to work on its products--specifically, Stitch's "top notch" mobile engineering talent. It said fuuture release of its software, Sugar, will be enhanced with Stitch's personal assistance technology. SugarCRM is led by Larry Augustin.
