Veeva Systems Files For $150M IPO
Pleasanton-based Veeva, a developer of cloud software for the life sciences industry, has filed for an IPO, and is looking to raise up to $150M on the public markets. The company said it has applied to list on the New York Stock Exchange as VEEV. The firm's IPO is being underwritten by Mortan Stanley, Deutsche Bank Securities, Pacific Crest Securities, Stifel, BMO Capital Markets, and Canaccord Geniuity. Veeva is backed by Emergence Capital Partners.
