Veeva Systems Buys Zinc Ahead
Pleasanton-based Veeva Systems said Tuesday that it has acquired Zinc Ahead, a UK-based developer of content management software for the life sciences industry. Financial details of the buy were not disclosed. Zinc Ahead was founded in 2001. According to Veeva, Zinc Ahead has 120 life sciences companies as its clients. Veeva is led by Peter Gassner.
