Good Eggs Raises $8.5M
San Francisco-based Good Eggs said Thursday that it has raised $8.5M in a Series A funding round. The round was led by Sequoia Capital, and also included Harrison Metal, Baseline Ventures, Collaborative Fund, Kapor Capital, along with angels. Good Eggs delivers food from local vendors and farmers to the Bay Area, Los Angeles, Brooklyn, and New Orleans, and plans to expand nationally.
