San Francisco-based
NGINX, which develops software to optimize the delivery of content to a range of devices, has raised $10M in a funding round, the company said Tuesday. The Series AB funding was led by
New Enterprise Associates, and also included e.ventures, Runa Capital, MSD Capital, plus Box CEO
Aaron Levie. NGINX said the funding will go towards expanding its sales, service, and support organization, with a plan to grow from 15 employees today to 50 in 2014. NGINX develops web software with built in caching, routing, load balancing, and other features.
