, a developer of a breathalyzer which connects to your smartphone, said this week that it has raised $2M in a seed funding round. The round came from Structure Capital VC and Dillon Hill Capital, and also included $1M the company won on "Shark Tank". The company said it plans to bring its devices to market in the fall. The company's breathalyzer, powered by a AAA battery, helps people determine their blood alcohol level.
