eBay Acquires Shutl
Mountain View-based eBay announced this morning that it has acquired Shutl, a local delivery service based in the UK. Financial details of the deal were not announced. Shutl operates a marketplace that connects couriers with companies for local deliveries, and helps provide same day delivery of products for online retailers. The company was backd by e.ventures, Notion Capital, UPS Strategic Enterprise Fund, Humingbird Ventures, along with angels.
