Sincerely Acquired By Provide Commerce
San Francisco-based mobile gifting app startup Sincerely has been acquired by e-commerce firm Provide Commerce, the two said this morning. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Sincerely had been founded by Matt Brezina and Bryan Kennedy, who are joining Provide Commerce as part of the buy. Provide Commerce is the parent firm of ProFlowers , RedEnvelope, Personal Creations, Shari's Berries, Gifts.com, and other gift companies.
