Synaptics said last week that it has acquired
Validity Sensors, a developer of biometrics sensors. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Validity Sensors was venture backed by Crosslink Capital, DDS, Intel Capital, Panorama Capital, Qualcomm, Telesoft Partners, VentureTech Alliance, and World Fair.
