Bitzer Mobile Acquired By Oracle
Sunnyvale-based Bitzer Mobile, a developer of mobile application and mobile security software, has been acquired by Oracle, Oracle said Friday. Financial terms of the buy were not announced. Oracle said it will use the buy to augment its Fusion Middleware products. Bitzer was backed by Acero Capital,Chevron Technology Ventures (CTV), and others, and was headed by Naeem Zafar.
