Indiegogo Gets $40M For Crowdfunding
San Francisco-based Indiegogo announced this morning that it has raised $40M in a funding round, a Series B for the crowdfunding site. The funding came from Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, Institutional Venture Partners, along with Insight Venture Partners, MHS Capital, Metamorphic Ventures and ff Venture Capital. The new funding round brings the company's total raised to $56.5M in funding.
