Vobile Acquires Blayze For YouTube Analytics
Santa Clara-based Vobile, which develops video and audio content identification software, has acquired Blayze, a developer of YouTube analytics and content marketing software. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Vobile said it would use the acquisition to expand its presence in Los Angeles, and open up a new office i the location. Blayze had been venture backed by MuckerCapital, Social Leverage, Allen DeBevoise, and others.
