Kabam, the casual and mobile games developer, said this morning that it has acquired fellow San Francisco game studio
Phoenix Age. Financial terms of the buy were not disclosed. Kabam said the buy would bolster its game catalog. Phoenix Age's games include Castle Age and Underworld Empire. Kabam is venture backed by Google, Warner Brothers, MGM, Intel, Canaan Partners, Redpoint Ventures, Pinnacle Ventures and others.
