, a developer of tools used to help people easily create their own websites, as raised $35M more in a Series C funding, the company disclosed Tuesday. The funding came from Sequoia Capital and Tencent. Weebly's site lets users easily create blog, website, and e-commerce sites using an online wizard. The company is led by David Rusenko. The WSJ reports the round values Weebly at $455M.
